- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, daily sales journals, and general ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations using Restaurant365 accounting software.
- Prepare and manage cash flow projections and maintain cash balances between all locations.
- Oversee and finalize weekly payroll and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Review and manage A/P aging reports and facilitate timely vendor payments.
- [DW1] Develop and maintain benchmarks, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Implement and uphold consistent accounting policies and procedures across all venues.
- Generate financial status reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Work with management at restaurant locations to support and assist in accurate accounting and reporting.
- Support budgeting process working in collaboration with the executive team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional accounting and operational experience, for a Mult-unit Hospitality Group
- Strong understanding of financial data analysis, banking processes, and cash management.
- Proven experience managing payroll and improving accounting workflows.
- Solid grasp of local and national tax regulations and compliance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Background check required upon employment offer.
- The ability to establish a strong and trusting relationship with all vendors and their AP department
- Must have expertise in Hospitality accounting software, r365, Toast, margin edge, compete etc..
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units.
- A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in financial project management and reporting.
